Senior Manager of Organization Development (OD) and Rewards oversees the strategic design of company structures, performance frameworks, and compensation/benefits systems to improve organizational efficiency and attract talent. This role combines OD (culture, change management, talent development) with Total Rewards (pay, bonuses, benefits) to ensure alignment with business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Organizational Development: Designing organizational structures, managing change initiatives, enhancing employee engagement, and facilitating talent development programs.
- Total Rewards Strategy: Developing, implementing, and auditing compensation and benefits policies, including salary benchmarking and variable pay structures.
- Performance Management: Creating and managing performance evaluation frameworks, including goal setting, reviews, and PIPs.
- HR Analytics & Compliance: Utilizing HR systems (e.g., SAP HCM, Workday) to analyze data, ensuring compliance with local employment regulations, and overseeing budgets.

Required Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: Generally 8-12+ years in HR, with significant experience in both OD and Compensation & Benefits.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or Psychology.
- Skills: Strong analytical, communication, negotiation, and project management skills.
- Technical: Proficiency in HRIS systems (e.g., SAP, Workday) and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
