Odoo Application Consultant

This is a full-time on-site role for an Odoo Application Consultant based in New Cairo. The Consultant will be responsible for analyzing business processes, providing solutions using Odoo applications, and offering expert consulting services to clients. Key responsibilities include identifying client requirements, implementing customized ERP solutions, supporting business users with training and configuration, and troubleshooting any issues related to the software. Collaboration with development teams for system enhancements and providing regular updates to stakeholders will also be essential.

• Strong Analytical Skills to assess client needs, solve complex problems, and ensure accurate interpretation of data.
• Experience in Consulting, Business Analysis, and Business Process optimization to provide strategic recommendations and streamline operations.
• Knowledge of Software Development practices to liaise effectively with technical teams for customization and system enhancements.
• Excellent communication, project management, and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse stakeholders and deliver high-quality support.
• Familiarity with ERP systems, particularly Odoo, and understanding of their implementation lifecycle.
• Educational background in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• Previous experience in ERP consulting, technical support, or business process management is a plus.
