About the Role

We are hiring an Odoo Consultant to design, customize, and optimize Odoo modules that support our internal business workflows. You will develop new features, integrate systems, and enhance existing modules to ensure seamless operations across departments. The role requires translating business needs into clean, scalable technical solutions. Your work will directly improve system efficiency and user experience within NOK Human Capital.

Responsibilities

• Develop and customize Odoo modules based on business requirements.
• Analyze workflow needs and translate them into functional and technical specifications.
• Integrate Odoo with external platforms and APIs.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing modules and performance issues.
• Maintain technical documentation for customizations and configurations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions.
• Provide technical support and implement enhancements when needed.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Odoo Developer with hands-on module development.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of Python, PostgreSQL, XML, and Odoo framework architecture.
• Experience with API integrations and third-party system connectivity.
• Familiarity with Odoo Studio, automated workflows, and access rights.
• Ability to write clean, reusable, and well-documented code.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
• Good command of English.
