Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Odoo Developer Specialist to join our remote team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and customizing Odoo ERP solutions according to client requirements. This role requires strong technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and customize Odoo modules based on client requirements.
- Implement new features, workflows, and integrations with third-party systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues within Odoo ERP.
- Collaborate with functional consultants and project managers to deliver successful projects.
- Perform code review, testing, and quality assurance.
- Maintain and upgrade existing Odoo instances to latest versions.
- Document technical solutions and provide knowledge transfer to clients.
- Ensure performance, scalability, and security best practices in all developments.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Proven experience as an Odoo Developer (Python, PostgreSQL, XML, JavaScript).
- Strong understanding of Odoo framework, modules, and customization techniques.
- Experience with Odoo Studio, API integration, and third-party connectors.
- Knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JS) and PostgreSQL database.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work remotely and manage time efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
Preferred:
- Experience with multiple Odoo versions (v14-v18).
- Familiarity with Agile project management methodologies.
- Prior experience in implementing ERP for global clients.
