Job Description

Odoo ERP Implementer

Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

Job Type: Full-Time

Responsibilities:

Analyze business requirements and understand organizational workflows, then design and implement suitable solutions using the Odoo ERP system.

Configure and set up Odoo applications and modules according to company needs, including Accounting, Sales, Inventory, Projects, and Human Resources.

Implement and manage Odoo ERP solutions using the latest Odoo versions and utilize the advanced features available in modern releases.

Configure system settings, workflows, and operational structures to improve business efficiency and automation.

Coordinate with the technical development team when customizations or additional system developments are required.

Prepare and configure the system environment including master data, system parameters, and company structure.

Train end users on system usage and provide guidance on best practices for using Odoo modules effectively.

Support the system go-live phase and ensure a smooth transition from existing systems or processes to Odoo ERP.

Provide post-implementation functional support, troubleshoot issues, and respond to user inquiries.

Requirements:

Experience in implementing and deploying Odoo ERP systems.

Experience working with recent Odoo versions and strong knowledge of their features and capabilities.

Good understanding of business processes such as Accounting, Sales, Inventory, Projects, and Human Resources.

Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate business requirements into ERP solutions.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with users and stakeholders.

Ability to collaborate effectively with technical teams and cross-functional departments.

2+ years of experience in Odoo ERP implementation is preferred.
