Job Description

1. About the Role
We are looking for an ambitious and experienced Odoo ERP Sales Professional with a strong background in selling technological solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing potential clients, and closing Odoo ERP implementation deals. This role will directly contribute to the company's expansion and long-term success
.
2. Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain an active pipeline of potential clients through LinkedIn outreach, industry events, cold calls, and strategic partnerships.
  • Follow up on leads generated from marketing campaigns and convert them into qualified opportunities and closed deals.
  • Deliver sales presentations and coordinate product demos (Odoo Demo) in collaboration with the technical and functional teams.
  • Conduct requirements gathering sessions and analyze client business processes (Production, Inventory, Procurement, Finance, Sales).
  • Recommend appropriate Odoo modules and solution designs tailored to the client's operational needs.
  • Prepare technical and commercial proposals (Technical & Commercial Offers) aligned with the client's requirements.
  • Manage the entire sales pipeline using CRM tools (preferably Odoo CRM) with accurate tracking and forecasting.
  • Lead contract negotiations, including scope, pricing, and SLAs, until successful deal closure.
  • Maintain strong client relationships post-sale and coordinate with Project Management & Functional Consultants to ensure smooth implementation.
  • Collaborate with management to contribute to marketing strategies, sales plans, and overall business development initiatives.
