WE Are Hiring *Odoo Specialist*
*Location: Nasr City*
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Lead and perform audits of the Odoo ERP system to identify gaps, redundancies, misuse, and optimisation opportunities.
- Analyse system usage and user behaviour to drive process improvements and targeted training initiatives.
- Investigate and resolve system-level issues, including permission management, errors, bugs, and data inconsistencies.
- Identify, design, and support business automation and software enhancement initiatives across departments (finance, fleet, distribution, logistics, etc.).
- Act as a primary point of contact with business users to understand operational challenges and translate them into effective system improvements.
- Provide functional support and guidance on ERP best practices, particularly within Odoo.
- Ensure proper documentation and prepare analytical reports for the Head of IT and relevant stakeholders.
- Integrate Odoo with third-party applications and ensure seamless data flow.
**Requirements:**
- Bachelors degree in computer Science, Information Systems, Business Technology, or similar field.
- 2+ years of experience with ERP systems, especially Odoo
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Comfortable working with software systems and exploring new tools
- Good knowledge of Python.
- Understanding of Odoo ORM fundamentals.
- Basic knowledge of PostgreSQL.
- Exposure to Odoo versions (v14, v15, v16 or later).
