Your Mission
We are looking for a motivated Odoo Specialist who is passionate about optimising systems and improving business processes. You will play a key role in supporting users, customising the platform, and driving continuous improvements across Viory.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day support for the Odoo system, including troubleshooting issues and resolving user requests
- Configure and maintain system modules in line with business requirements
- Design, develop, and customize reports using Odoo reporting tools (QWeb, Excel, or BI integrations)
- Analyse business processes and implement system improvements and automation within Odoo
- Customize workflows, fields, and business logic to optimise system performance
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Perform data imports, exports, and data validation to ensure accuracy and consistency
- Support system upgrades, testing, and deployment of new features
- Document configurations, processes, and user guides
- Train end users and provide ongoing functional support
- Monitor system performance and proactively identify areas for improvement.
Your Profile
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, Computer Science, or related field.
- 1+ years of Odoo ERP implementation experience (functional + technical).
- Strong understanding of business process flows (finance, operations, CRM).
- Excellent analytical, communication and problemsolving skills.
