Job Summary
We're seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Odoo Implementer (13 years of experience) to support the implementation and customization of Odoo ERP solutions. The ideal candidate will assist in analyzing business requirements, configuring Odoo modules, supporting data migration, and ensuring successful project delivery. This role offers hands-on experience across the full implementation lifecycle, working closely with senior consultants and technical teams to deliver effective ERP solutions tailored to client needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in gathering and analyzing business requirements and translating them into Odoo configurations
- Configure standard Odoo modules (Sales, CRM, Inventory, Accounting, HR, etc.) according to client needs
- Support full-cycle Odoo implementation projects, including requirement gathering, system setup, testing, and go-live support
- Perform data migration tasks (data cleaning, importing, validating data from legacy systems)
- Support integration of Odoo with third-party systems.
- Provide user training and prepare functional documentation and user guides
- Offer post-implementation support and troubleshoot functional issues
- Collaborate with developers and technical teams to resolve customization and integration requirements
- Stay updated with Odoo features, updates, and best practices
Key Requirements
- 13 years of experience in Odoo implementation or ERP support roles
- Basic to intermediate understanding of business processes (Sales, Inventory, Accounting, HR, etc.)
- Hands-on experience with Odoo configuration and standard module setup
- Familiarity with Odoo workflows and system architecture
- Experience with data import/export and basic data migration processes
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Basic understanding of Python , XML is a plus
- Good project coordination and time management skills
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field
- Experience working with Odoo Community or Enterprise versions
- Exposure to cloud-hosted & on-premise Odoo environments
- Odoo certification is an advantage
