Role Description The Odoo Functional Consultant role at Quadova is a full-time, on-site position based in Alexandria, Egypt. The consultant will analyze client business processes, gather requirements, and translate them into Odoo configurations and workflows. Day-to-day responsibilities include leading discovery sessions, mapping processes to Odoo modules, preparing functional specifications, and coordinating with technical teams to ensure accurate implementation. The role involves testing features, training end users, creating documentation, and providing ongoing functional support to optimize ERP usage. The consultant will also participate in project planning, contribute to continuous improvement, and help identify opportunities to extend Odoo solutions with Quadova's broader ERP and machine learning offerings.
Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills to understand complex business requirements, identify gaps, and propose effective Odoo-based solutions.
• Excellent communication abilities for facilitating workshops, documenting requirements, and delivering clear training and user support.
• Solid understanding of business processes (such as sales, inventory, CRM, HR, and operations) and experience mapping them to ERP workflows.
• Background in consulting, including client-facing work, requirement gathering, solution design, and stakeholder management.
• Knowledge of finance processes and basic accounting concepts to support Odoo financial modules and reporting.
• Experience working with Odoo or similar ERP systems, including configuration, testing, and user onboarding.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and manage time effectively in a project-driven environment.
• Familiarity with data analysis tools, basic SQL, or integration concepts is an advantage.
• Proficiency in English; knowledge of Arabic and local business practices in Egypt is beneficial.
