Odoo Functional Consultant

We are looking for an experienced Odoo Functional Consultant with strong experience in implementation, business process analysis, system configuration, and client-facing consulting.

The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of Accounting and Finance processes and other core ERP modules.

Candidates with strong understanding of functional implementation are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

Understand and analyze client business requirements and translate them into effective ERP solutions.

Lead and support ERP implementation projects from requirement gathering through configuration, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support.

Configure ERP modules according to business requirements and industry-specific processes.•

Handle Accounting and Finance functional requirements, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, invoicing, payments, bank reconciliation, taxation, and financial reporting.•

Understand accounting principles and map finance and accounting processes into appropriate ERP workflows.

Configure and support relevant ERP modules such as Accounting/Finance, Sales, Purchase, Inventory, CRM, HR, Project, and other business applications.•

Conduct requirement gathering, business process analysis, gap analysis, and process mapping.

Prepare functional specifications, process documentation, user manuals, and

implementation-related documents.

Conduct client meetings, product demonstrations, user training, workshops, and

knowledge-transfer sessions.

Coordinate with technical/development teams for customizations, integrations,

and resolution of functional requirements.

Perform functional testing, integration testing, UAT, troubleshooting, and issue

resolution.

Support data migration, master data preparation, system configuration,

deployment, and go-live activities.

Provide functional support to clients and assist in resolving post-implementation

issues.

Advise clients on ERP best practices, process improvements, and effective

utilization of ERP functionalities.

Participate in presales activities, requirement analysis, solution

demonstrations, and proposal preparation when required.

Manage multiple client requirements and implementation activities while

ensuring timely completion of assigned deliverables.

Maintain strong client relationships and act as a bridge between business users

and technical teams.

Qualifications

Key Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in Odoo ERP Functional Consulting, Implementation,

or Functional Business Analysis.

• Hands-on experience with one or more ERP platforms such as Odoo, Microsoft

Dynamics, SAP, Sage, Oracle ERP are encouraged to apply.
