Job Scope

As an Odoo Implementation Specialist, you will lead the end-to-end implementation, customization, and optimization of Odoo ERP across our industrial and manufacturing operations. The role requires hands-on technical expertise combined with a strong understanding of manufacturing workflows and stakeholder coordination.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze business and operational requirements in collaboration with production, supply chain, finance, and management teams.

Install, configure, and customize Odoo modules, including Manufacturing (MRP), Inventory, Sales, and Procurement.

Design, develop, and integrate custom Odoo functionalities using Python and PostgreSQL.

Lead full-cycle ERP implementation projects, ensuring delivery on time and aligned with industrial best practices.

Conduct user training sessions and provide post-implementation support to ensure effective system adoption.

Monitor system performance and continuously optimize processes to improve industrial efficiency and data accuracy.

Qualifications

Education

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

Experience

35 years of hands-on experience implementing Odoo ERP in manufacturing or industrial environments.

Technical Skills

Strong expertise in Odoo modules: Manufacturing, Inventory, Procurement, Finance.

Solid programming skills in Python and database management using PostgreSQL.

Proven knowledge of industrial workflow optimization and ERP best practices.

Certifications

Odoo ERP Certification or equivalent is an advantage.

Soft Skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to work under pressure, manage priorities, and meet project deadlines.
