Odoo Implementer/Business Analyst

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Qesm El Sheikh Zaid for an Odoo Implementer/Business Analyst. The individual will act as a bridge between clients and technical teams, analyzing business needs, configuring Odoo modules, providing recommendations, and ensuring the successful implementation of tailored solutions. Responsibilities include gathering client requirements, testing solutions, and delivering user training and support. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure complete and efficient project delivery is also a key part of this role.

Qualifications

• 2+ Experience in business analysis, client requirements gathering, and identifying process improvement opportunities.
• Strong understanding of Odoo implementation, configuration, and customization capabilities.
• Proficient in system testing, troubleshooting, and delivering user training and support.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Technical knowledge of software architecture and workflows in industries such as retail, HR, real estate, or healthcare is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Ability to work effectively in an on-site environment located in Qesm El Sheikh Zaid.
