Key Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders.
• Configure and implement Odoo ERP modules based on client and business needs.
• Conduct gap analysis and recommend suitable Odoo solutions.
• Coordinate with the technical team for customizations and integrations.
• Perform system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and quality assurance.
• Migrate data from legacy systems to Odoo.
• Deliver user training and create system documentation.
• Provide post-implementation support and troubleshoot issues.
• Collaborate with project managers to ensure timely project delivery.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

- Proven work experience from 1 to 3 years

- Strong knowledge of Odoo modules (Core - Manufacturing - CRM - HR)

- Experience in business process mapping and ERP implementation methodologies.

- Ability to manage multiple implementation projects

- Good communication and coordination abilities
