Odoo Implementer
You will be responsible for the end-to-end implementation of Odoo ERP solutions tailored to client requirements, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather and analyze business requirements to design Odoo solutions
- Configure, customize, and implement Odoo modules based on client needs
- Develop custom modules and features using Odoo framework
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure smooth integration with other systems
- Provide training and support to end-users during and post-implementation
- Conduct system testing, debugging, and troubleshooting
- Stay updated with the latest Odoo releases and best practices
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field
- 1-3 proven experience with Odoo ERP implementation and customization
- Strong understanding of Odoo architecture, workflows, and modules
- Proficiency in Python programming and PostgreSQL database
- Experience in developing custom Odoo modules and integrations
- Good problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with business processes such as Sales, Inventory, Accounting, and HR is a plus
