Role Description: Can you turn business needs into Odoo solutions

At Devurate, we're looking for someone who can transform companies requirements into effective Odoo solutions: from understanding the client's needs to implementing a system that truly serves their goals.

If you have experience in Odoo Implementation, understand business processes and Odoo modules, and can analyze requirements, configure the system, and communicate confidently with clients and cross-functional teams, this could be your next role.

What we're looking for:

Hands-on experience in Odoo implementation and deployment

Strong understanding of business processes

Ability to analyze and document client requirements

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Qualifications

Strong functional understanding of Odoo ERP modules (such as Sales, Inventory, Accounting, HR, and CRM) and ability to configure them to meet business needs.
Experience in business process analysis, requirements gathering, and translating workflows into system configurations or documentation.
Skills in testing, troubleshooting, and resolving functional issues, with attention to detail and quality assurance.
Ability to train end users, create user guides, and communicate complex concepts in a clear, accessible way.
Familiarity with basic technical concepts related to ERP systems (e.g., data migration, integrations, and database structures) is beneficial.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Prior experience in ERP implementation or software consulting, preferably with Odoo or similar systems.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team and interact effectively with clients.
Good written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Arabic is an advantage.
Willingness to work on-site in Alexandria and occasionally visit client locations as needed.
