Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Odoo Sales Engineer located in Cairo, Egypt. The Odoo Sales Engineer will be responsible for managing technical and sales aspects of the Odoo system, providing technical support, and ensuring solutions are well-suited to client requirements. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, communicating technical information effectively, and delivering exceptional customer service while driving business growth.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Sales Engineering and the ability to design and implement tailored solutions for clients
• Technical Support skills to provide efficient solutions to client queries and issues
• Strong Communication and collaboration skills to effectively work with clients and internal teams
• Sales and Customer Service skills to address client needs and enhance overall satisfaction
• Understanding of Odoo software and ERP systems is highly preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field
• Proven problem-solving skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment
• Min 3 Years of experience
