We are seeking a highly skilled and versatile Odoo Software Developer to join our technology-driven team. This role focuses on developing, customizing, and optimizing Odoo solutions to support diverse business operations. The position requires strong expertise in both backend and frontend development, with a focus on system performance, UI/UX enhancement, and seamless integration across multiple business processes. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with functional and technical teams to deliver scalable, efficient, and high-quality Odoo solutions.

Must Have

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
2–3 years of hands-on experience in Odoo development (backend & frontend).
Strong proficiency in Python, JavaScript, XML, QWeb, HTML, and CSS.
Solid understanding of Odoo architecture, ORM, workflows, and security.
Experience with PostgreSQL database management.
Familiarity with Git version control.

Nice to have

Experience with Odoo deployment and production environments
Experience integrating third-party applications with Odoo
Knowledge of Linux server environments
Experience working in ERP-driven or multi-industry environments

Backend

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and customize Odoo modules based on business requirements.
Develop and maintain Python logic for automation and server-side operations.
Optimize database performance, structure, and system security.
Integrate Odoo with external systems using APIs and web services.
Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve backend issues efficiently.

Frontend

Responsibilities

Customize Odoo web interfaces using XML, JavaScript, and QWeb.
Implement responsive and user-friendly UI/UX designs.
Customize website and eCommerce modules to align with branding needs.
Optimize database performance, structure, and system security.
Collaborate with functional consultants to analyze business requirements.
Document technical specifications, module updates, and development processes.
