Position Title: Odoo System Analyst

Job Description:
- Analyze business processes across procurement, inventory, production, finance, and project management, and translate requirements into optimized Odoo ERP solutions tailored for joinery/interior fit-out operations.
- Configure, customize, and support Odoo modules (Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Manufacturing, Accounting, Projects), ensuring seamless integration with BOQs, costing, and site execution workflows.
- Provide ongoing system support, troubleshoot functional issues, conduct user training sessions, and ensure smooth adoption across departments (Design, Production, Site, Finance).
- Develop dashboards and analytical reports to track project costing, material consumption, production progress, and financial performance, ensuring data accuracy and process efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years experience in Odoo ERP implementation/support (preferably in interiors, joinery, construction, or manufacturing)
- Strong knowledge of Odoo modules (Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Manufacturing, Accounting, Projects) and basic understanding of workflows/customization
