- Job role: Odoo Techno-Functional Consultant

Job Responsibilities
- Manage, support, and maintain multiple Odoo systems and environments in parallel, working closely with different business units
- Provide end-to-end ownership of existing Odoo applications, including business requirements analysis, solution design, technical development, and customization
- Design, implement, and maintain custom Odoo modules across multiple Odoo versions
- Integrate Odoo with third-party systems using REST APIs and ODBC-based database connections
- Deliver and support on-premises Odoo solutions, including system deployment, Odoo server configuration, Linux administration, Nginx setup, domain management, and SSL configuration
- Develop and maintain Odoo controllers, security rules, scheduled actions, and automated processes
- Design and customize Odoo reports and dashboards using QWeb, pivot tables, and analytical views to support operational and management reporting
- Support and execute Odoo upgrades and migrations, ensuring system stability and data integrity
- Perform system enhancements, bug fixing, performance monitoring, and optimization
- Provide functional support across core Odoo ERP modules including Finance, HR, and Supply Chain
- Collaborate closely with business users, vendors, and stakeholders throughout implementation, go-live, and post-go-live support phases
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation, solution designs, and handover materials
Functional & Soft Skills:
- Strong understanding of ERP architectures, with the ability to analyze end-to-end business processes, identify gaps, and propose solutions across Finance, HR, and Supply Chain domains
- Solid knowledge of Odoo ERP module integration, including cross-module data flows and functional dependencies
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and coordination skills across business and technical teams
- Ability to work independently while effectively managing multiple priorities
- Proven capability to work in parallel across multiple projects and environments
- Strong documentation, reporting, and presentation skills, ensuring clear knowledge transfer and alignment with stakeholders
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science/software engineering or any related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience working with Odoo ERP in technical and functional roles
- Proven experience across multiple Odoo versions, including customization and maintenance
- Hands-on experience delivering production-grade Odoo solutions in different environments
