Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Abu Dhabi for a Off-Plan Advisor specializing in Off-Plan Sales. In this role, the candidate will focus on driving business growth by identifying and pursuing sales opportunities, maintaining strong relationships with property developers and clients, and conducting market analysis. Day-to-day responsibilities include promoting off-plan real estate projects, developing and implementing sales strategies, meeting sales goals, coordinating with the sales and marketing teams, and assisting clients in making informed investment decisions.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to establish relationships with clients and developers.
  • Proficiency in sales strategies, lead generation, and customer management techniques.
  • Knowledge of the real estate market, specifically with a focus on off-plan property investments, is advantageous.
  • Ability to conduct market research and provide investment advisory to clients.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of working effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Proficiency in using CRM platforms, sales tools, and other relevant software.
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages such as Arabic is a plus.
  • Prior experience in sales or real estate is preferred but not required, as freshers with a passion for real estate are encouraged to apply.
