We are looking for ambitious Off-Plan & Investment Advisors / Property Consultants to represent some of Abu Dhabi's most prominent new property developments.
This position is suited to individuals who enjoy consultative selling and want to work with homebuyers and property investors evaluating new launches, payment plans, investment opportunities, and long-term property strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Consult with buyers and investors interested in off-plan property opportunities.
- Understand client budgets, investment objectives, and purchasing timelines.
- Present suitable projects from leading Abu Dhabi developers.
- Explain project concepts, payment plans, expected completion schedules, and key investment considerations.
- Conduct client meetings, project presentations, and developer visits.
- Follow up with inbound leads and convert qualified prospects into buyers.
- Support clients throughout reservation, documentation, and purchase procedures.
- Maintain strong knowledge of upcoming launches and major Abu Dhabi development areas.
- Build long-term relationships with investors for future property transactions.
Key Skills & Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in real estate sales, expertise in Abu Dhabi is advantageous
- Preferred Languages Spoken: Arabic, French, or Russian
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Strong customer service and relationship-building ability.
- Confident negotiation skills.
- Target-driven and commercially minded.
- Ability to understand and explain financial and property information clearly.
- Professional, persuasive, and comfortable dealing with high-value transactions.
