Key Responsibilities

• Generate and close residential property sales.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers and investors.
• Understand clients property and investment requirements.
• Conduct property viewings and professional consultations.
• Present Off-Plan and Secondary Market investment opportunities.
• Negotiate offers and guide clients through the entire sales process.
• Maintain accurate client records using the company CRM.
• Achieve monthly sales targets while delivering exceptional customer service.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of UAE real estate sales experience.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Customer-focused with excellent relationship-building abilities.
• Self-motivated, professional, and target-driven.
• UAE Driving License preferred.
• Own vehicle is an advantage.
