What You'll Be Doing

• Meet with clients and understand their property requirements
• Recommend suitable properties based on budget, location, and preferences
• Conduct property viewings and explain property details clearly
• Build and maintain relationships with buyers, investors and prospects
• Follow up with leads consistently and manage your client pipeline
• Provide clients with relevant information about prices, locations, projects, and market activity
• Support clients throughout the offer and negotiation process
• Coordinate with internal marketing, administration, and support teams when needed
• Work toward individual sales targets and contribute to the overall performance of the team

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Sales, real estate, hospitality, or customer service experience is an advantage
• Comfortable following up with clients regularly
• Organized and able to manage multiple leads and appointments
