Role Description

We are seeking a motivated Off Plan Real Estate Broker for a full-time, on-site position located in Dubai. The broker will manage day-to-day responsibilities, which include sourcing properties, facilitating transactions, building relationships with clients, and guiding them through the off-plan property buying journey. Additional duties include prospecting leads, providing market insights, and delivering top-tier customer service to ensure client satisfaction and successful deals.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Brokerage and Real Estate processes
• Experience in Customer Service, with a strong ability to build and maintain relationships
• Expertise in Sales and Real Property transactions
• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Proactive attitude with a client-focused approach
• Knowledge of Dubai's real estate market is highly desirable
• Fluency in English; additional languages are an asset
• Relevant certifications and a valid UAE driving license are a plus
