UK Property Off-Plan Sales Consultant | Baron & Cabot | Dubai based
This role is open exclusively to candidates with proven off-plan property sales experience and at least three years of living in the UK. If you do not meet both criteria, please do not apply.
This is a JLT Dubai based role, but other locations are available for the right candidate.

The Opportunity
You will receive warm, qualified leads daily. Baron & Cabot invests heavily in digital marketing and maintains an active database of inbound enquiries from globally sourced clients who are actively seeking UK property investment opportunities. The database is built for you. All you need to do is turn potentials into pipeline. For those with a prospecting mindset, that skillset is actively supported and encouraged to build on top of an already strong lead flow.
Your role is to guide clients through a structured, step-by-step sales process specifically designed to maximise conversion and accelerate your time to earnings. From day one, you benefit from a minimum of three training sessions per week and a proven methodology built around your success.
Once you advance through to Senior Consultant level, you will also have the support of a dedicated appointment booker whose sole focus is keeping your calendar full so you can concentrate on closing. Sales are conducted almost exclusively via Google Meet and online channels, giving you reach across global markets without leaving your desk.
Compensation
This is a commission-only role. For candidates who can demonstrate a verified track record of 20 or more deals over a 12-month period, a negotiated base salary is available. Commission is uncapped.
Growth Beyond the Role
Baron & Cabot is expanding its international portfolio. Alongside UK residential and off-plan developments, consultants will have access to investment opportunities across the UAE, Bali and Thailand, with the USA being added to the portfolio later this year. For the right individuals, there is a clear pathway to relocate and lead office operations in those markets after a period of demonstrated success.
What You Must Have
Minimum 1 year of off-plan property sales experience, recent and provable
Minimum 3 years living in the UK
A professional, consultative approach to sales and client relationships
A prospecting skillset is a strong advantage and actively welcomed
