OFF-PLAN & SECONDARY PROPERTY CONSULTANT

Rajha Real Estate is looking for motivated and performance-driven Property Consultants to join our growing team. We are seeking professionals with proven experience in Dubai real estate sales, specializing in Off-Plan and/or Secondary Market properties.

IMPORTANT: This is a COMMISSION-BASED ONLY position.

Real estate experience is strictly required. Candidates without prior real estate experience will not be considered.

• Proven experience in Dubai real estate is mandatory
• Experience in Off-Plan and/or Secondary Market sales
• Strong negotiation, sales, and closing skills
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
• Good understanding of Dubai's real estate market
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
• Valid UAE driving license is preferred
• RERA certification is an advantage

• Market and sell Off-Plan and/or Secondary Market properties
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, landlords, buyers, and developers
• Conduct property viewings, presentations, and investment consultations
• Advise clients on market trends, payment plans, and suitable property opportunities
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
• Stay updated on new launches, developer offers, resale opportunities, and market movements
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Maintain accurate records and provide regular sales and lead reports
• Attend client meetings, networking events, and property exhibitions
• Ensure compliance with company policies and RERA regulations
