Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and knowledgeable Off-Plan Specialist to join our real estate team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate excels in relationship-building, understands off-plan project cycles, and has a proven ability to close deals in a competitive market. This role offers strong earning potential and opportunities for career growth within a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell off-plan properties from leading UAE developers.
• Generate leads through networking, social media, and client referrals.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with buyers and investors.
• Conduct property presentations, meetings, and site tours.
• Stay updated with the latest project launches, payment plans, and market trends.
• Negotiate offers and close deals effectively.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activity.

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 months 1 year experience in UAE off-plan real estate.
• Strong knowledge of Dubai/Abu Dhabi developers and projects.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
• Must be currently in the UAE.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet monthly targets.
• Arabic speaking is an advantage.
• Should be able to join immediately.
