Offer Management Specialist to work for RQEEM Company subsidiary of JABEEN Company.
Responsibilities:
- Develop commercial proposals and business models for ICT and Smart City opportunities.
- Support the preparation of strategic business plans, annual targets, and progress reports.
- Analyze market trends and prepare commercial insights and forecasts.
- Track opportunity pipelines, financial impact, and expected revenue streams.
- Manage client and service provider relationships to ensure effective commercial engagement.
- Draft, review, and follow up on investment and commercial agreements.
- Coordinate with relative teams to finalize agreements and support post-agreement execution.
- Maintain organized records of agreements and related documentation.
- Lead or support meetings, workshops, and presentations with internal and external stakeholders.
- Align project execution with agreement T&Cs.
- Liaise with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth delivery.
- Monitor project KPIs and collect feedback for continuous improvement.
Educational Qualifications & Relevant Experience:
- Essential: Bachelor's Degree in MIS, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or equivalent field.
- 0–2 Years of experience in Business Development.
- Strong Business Intelligence skills is a plus.
