Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position located in Dubai for an Office Admin cum Lead Manager. In this role, the individual will oversee office operations, manage administrative tasks, and ensure smooth day-to-day functionality of the office. The role also includes managing customer service interactions, assisting with accounting tasks, supervising staff, and supporting operations to achieve company objectives. The candidate will coordinate between departments, ensure compliance with company policies, and contribute to improving overall efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to manage client interactions and resolve inquiries effectively
  • Proficiency in Office Administration and Administrative Assistance for efficient office operations
  • Basic Accounting skills to support routine financial tasks and processes
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks effectively, and lead teams
  • Experience in similar roles is an advantage
  • Proficiency in using office software and relevant accounting tools
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field is preferred
  • Fully dedicated to work and able to perform under pressure
  • Manage multiple tasks efficiently and meet deadlines
Skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong follow-up and coordination ability
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Email)
  • Time management and multitasking skills
Experience
  • Proven track record or experience in IT companies preferred
  • Experience in administration, lead management, or sales coordination
