Job Description

We are looking for a friendly, open, and proactive Office Admin for our office in Dubai. The role is diverse and will include supporting the daily operations of the office, assisting the team, handling HR tasks, and providing PA support to the partners. The ideal candidate will have experience with both HR and PA responsibilities.

Key responsibilities:

  • Handle HR tasks such as onboarding and employee records
  • Preparing contracts, visas, insurance, and related documentation
  • Manage daily office operations and liaise with vendorsfor internet, IT, contractors, etc.
  • Managing office supplies, business cards, merchandise, and related materials
  • Support executives with PA tasks
  • Organise business traveland bookings
  • General administrative support

About you:

  • You have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Knowledge of UAE Labour Law and compliance requirements (Experience with MOHRE is a plus)
  • You have a solutions-oriented mindset and can juggle many tasks at once
  • You have a strong understanding of office IT tools
  • You have strong organisational skills, are proactive, and pay attention to detail
  • You are fluent in English, both verbally and in writing
