Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Office Administrator based in Cairo, Egypt. The Office Administrator will be responsible for coordinating daily office operations, providing administrative support, maintaining records, handling customer service inquiries, and assisting with basic accounting tasks. The role requires strong organizational and communication skills to ensure smooth and efficient office management.

Qualifications
  • Strong skills in Office Administration and Administrative Assistance
  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Basic knowledge of Accounting practices and financial record-keeping
  • Proficiency in organizational and multi-tasking abilities
  • High attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in office software such as Microsoft Office Suite
  • Previous experience in similar roles is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred
