We are currently seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Office Administrator to support our growing team.
The Role
The Office Administrator plays a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the office. This position provides administrative, operational, and first-level technical support to the team, acting as a central point of contact for office coordination and internal support.
Key Responsibilities
Administrative & Office Support
- Manage daily office operations and administrative tasks
- Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and general inquiries
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems
- Prepare correspondence, reports, and basic presentations
- Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and coordinate appointments
Office & Team Coordination
- Order and manage office supplies and equipment
- Coordinate office maintenance, repairs, and vendor services
- Support onboarding of new employees (workspace setup, access, documentation)
- Assist management and project teams with administrative support
Basic IT & Software Support
- Provide first-level troubleshooting for common software and computer issues
- Support team members with Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, SharePoint)
- Assist with software setup, updates, and user access issues
- Troubleshoot printers, email issues, and basic connectivity problems
- Liaise with external IT support providers when advanced support is required
Financial & Records Support
- Assist with invoicing, expense tracking, and purchase orders
- Maintain accurate administrative and financial records
- Support accounting or payroll processes as required
Qualifications & Skills
Required
- Proven experience in an office administration or administrative support role
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office / Microsoft 365
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently
- Professional, reliable, and detail-oriented
Technical Skills (Required)
- Ability to troubleshoot basic software and computer issues
- Comfort supporting Windows-based systems and office hardware
- Ability to assist colleagues with everyday IT and software questions
Preferred
- Experience in construction, engineering, BIM, or project-based environments
- Familiarity with project management or technical software
- Post-secondary education in Business Administration or a related field
Working Hours & Location
- Location: In-office role based in 5th Settlement, New Cairo, Egypt
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 2:00 PM 11:00 PM
- Break: 1-hour dinner break included
