We are currently seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Office Administrator to support our growing team.

The Role

The Office Administrator plays a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the office. This position provides administrative, operational, and first-level technical support to the team, acting as a central point of contact for office coordination and internal support.

Key Responsibilities

Administrative & Office Support

  • Manage daily office operations and administrative tasks
  • Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and general inquiries
  • Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems
  • Prepare correspondence, reports, and basic presentations
  • Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and coordinate appointments

Office & Team Coordination

  • Order and manage office supplies and equipment
  • Coordinate office maintenance, repairs, and vendor services
  • Support onboarding of new employees (workspace setup, access, documentation)
  • Assist management and project teams with administrative support

Basic IT & Software Support

  • Provide first-level troubleshooting for common software and computer issues
  • Support team members with Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, SharePoint)
  • Assist with software setup, updates, and user access issues
  • Troubleshoot printers, email issues, and basic connectivity problems
  • Liaise with external IT support providers when advanced support is required

Financial & Records Support

  • Assist with invoicing, expense tracking, and purchase orders
  • Maintain accurate administrative and financial records
  • Support accounting or payroll processes as required

Qualifications & Skills

Required

  • Proven experience in an office administration or administrative support role
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office / Microsoft 365
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently
  • Professional, reliable, and detail-oriented

Technical Skills (Required)

  • Ability to troubleshoot basic software and computer issues
  • Comfort supporting Windows-based systems and office hardware
  • Ability to assist colleagues with everyday IT and software questions

Preferred

  • Experience in construction, engineering, BIM, or project-based environments
  • Familiarity with project management or technical software
  • Post-secondary education in Business Administration or a related field

Working Hours & Location
  • Location: In-office role based in 5th Settlement, New Cairo, Egypt
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday, 2:00 PM 11:00 PM
  • Break: 1-hour dinner break included
