Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Secretary, located in Cairo, Egypt. The Secretary will handle day-to-day tasks such as scheduling meetings, managing communications, maintaining records, and providing executive administrative assistance. Additional responsibilities may include organizing office operations, coordinating with other departments, and ensuring smooth workflow within the organization.
Qualifications
- Strong Clerical Skills with experience handling documentation, records management, and organizational tasks
- Excellent Communication skills, with the ability to effectively and professionally correspond verbally and in writing
- Experience in Company Secretarial Work, including scheduling and coordinating activities or events
- Proficiency in Executive Administrative Assistance, including maintaining confidentiality and managing executive-level tasks
- Outstanding Customer Service skills and the ability to build and maintain professional relationships
- Proficiency with office software and technology, such as MS Office Suite and email applications
- Strong time management and organizational abilities
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience
