What you'll do:
Team noon has some of the fastest, smartest, and hardest-working people we've encountered. With a young, aggressive, and talented team, we're driving major missions forward.
- Prepare a variety of beverages, including various coffee types (hot, cold and iced), tea and frappes on automatic coffee machines.
- Operate coffee machines, blenders and other equipment.
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the coffee station.
- Maintain high-quality service standards in line with company policies.
- Follow safety and hygiene procedures for handling food and beverages.
- Manage inventory, assist with stock receiving, and maintain proper stock levels.
What you'll need:
- Previous experience as a barista is preferred.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication skills
- Attention to detail and a strong sense of organization.
- Physical ability to stand for long periods.
- A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and passion for customer service.
