Job Summary:
The Office Boy / Tea Boy is responsible for providing general office support, ensuring cleanliness, assisting staff and visitors, and managing pantry services including preparation of tea and coffee. The role supports the smooth day-to-day operations of the office.
Key Responsibilities
Pantry & Beverage Services
Prepare and serve tea, coffee, and refreshments for staff and visitors
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the pantry/kitchen area
Ensure availability of pantry supplies (coffee, tea, sugar, cups, water, etc.)
Office Support & Housekeeping
Keep office areas clean and tidy (desks, meeting rooms, reception area)
Assist in setting up meeting rooms (water, stationery, seating)
Dispose of trash and ensure proper waste management
