Diploma with 3 years relevant experience.
Experience (minimum)
3-5 years of relevant experience in office secretarial work.
Job Description
Maintain and organize office files, records, reports, and operational documents.
Coordinate helicopter and vessel movements, including passenger and cargo logistics.
Prepare and manage cargo manifests, aviation bookings, and transportation documentation.
Handle administrative activities such as timesheets, leave requests, accommodation arrangements, visas, and security pass coordination.
Monitor heliport operations, conduct inspections, and ensure compliance with HLO requirements and safe helicopter operations
Coordinate fuel, water, food supplies, work boats, and inventory/material requirements for offshore operations.
Support audits, prepare periodic reports, and coordinate communications during emergency situations.
