Job Description

JOB PURPOSE:

The Office Coordinator (Sales Analyst scope) main purpose is to provide data-driven insights and analysis to support the sales team's strategic decision-making and boost sales performance. By generating reports, identifying trends, and offering recommendations, you will enable the sales team to capitalize on opportunities and overcome challenges effectively, ultimately driving revenue growth and market success.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Analyze sales data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
  • In-charge of daily, weekly, and monthly releasing of Management reports such as Sell-in, Sellout, Inventory, Receivable Ageing, Returns Monitoring, Coverage Reach, Stock Coverage and Expiry Monitoring and Order Status.
  • Drive continuous stock availability and process improvements thru coordination with the Marketing and Supply Chain Team.
  • Constantly updates the customer/product databases to maintain consistency and accuracy.
  • Generates a quarterly rebate's computation and visibility investments (TMA) based on the individual contract of all Key Accounts.
  • Monitors new SKUs listing per Key Accounts/SKUs to utilize all investments
  • Assist in the development of pricing strategies and promotional campaigns to maximize profitability and market share.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and best practices in sales analysis.

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATION:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Engineering, Marketing, Statistics, Economics, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2-5 years of relevant experience in sales analysis, business intelligence, or a related field.

SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE & ABILITIES:

Job Specific:

  • Ability to analyze sales data and identify trends.
  • Proficiency in generating sales performance reports.
  • Experience in developing sales forecasts.
  • Strong communication skills for presenting insights.
  • Ability to propose and implement solutions.
