Key Responsibilities
- Safely transport staff to client meetings, government offices, and official appointments.
- Deliver and collect important documents and files from clients and authorities.
- Ensure timely pickup and drop-off according to assigned schedules.
- Maintain the company vehicle in clean and good working condition.
- Conduct routine vehicle inspections and report maintenance or repair needs.
- Follow all UAE traffic laws and road safety regulations.
- Keep records of trips, fuel usage, and vehicle maintenance.
- Assist with minor administrative or office tasks when required.
- Plan efficient routes to avoid delays and ensure punctuality.
Requirements
- Valid UAE driving license.
- 2–4 years of professional driving experience in Dubai.
- Good knowledge of Dubai roads, routes, and traffic regulations.
- Clean driving record with no major violations.
- Ability to handle confidential documents responsibly.
- Basic communication skills in English.
- Punctual, disciplined, and well-presented.
