Office Executive (Local Hire)

Part-Time | 28 Hours per Week
Salary: QAR 3,0004,000 per month (dependent on experience)
ILM Education Consultants is seeking a highly organised, proactive Office Executive to support the operational engine of our growing consultancy and wider ILM Group.
This is a local hire position based in Qatar.
This is not a routine admin role. It is a highly autonomous position requiring ownership, discretion and the ability to think ahead. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring our operations run smoothly while supporting leadership, clients and partners across education and corporate sectors.
Key Responsibilities
Managing invoicing, payment tracking and financial administration
Overseeing daily administration and office systems
Managing email correspondence and responding to client enquiries
Following up with schools, corporate partners and stakeholders
Supporting event coordination including occasional evening or weekend events
Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance documentation is up to date
Supporting leadership with scheduling and operational follow-through
Person Specification
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Able to work independently with minimal supervision
Calm under pressure and able to manage multiple priorities
Professional communicator in written and spoken English
Digitally confident and comfortable with administrative systems
Flexible and willing to support events outside standard working hours
Deeply aligned with the mission and vision of ILM Education Consultants
