Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Cairo for an Office Furniture Sales Specialist. The role involves engaging with clients to provide excellent customer service, building and maintaining client relationships, generating and closing sales opportunities, and understanding clients requirements to recommend suitable office furniture solutions. Responsibilities include managing sales processes, presenting product specifications, negotiating contracts, and supporting administrative documentation related to sales.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with clients and promote products
- Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Office Administration to efficiently manage office tasks and sales processes
- Basic Accounting knowledge to handle sales and financial transactions effectively
- Organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Proven experience in sales, preferably within office furniture
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM tools
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
