We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Manager to oversee daily office operations and ensure a smooth and efficient workplace environment. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing administrative functions, supporting teams, and enhancing overall office productivity.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily office operations and administrative activities.
Supervise administrative staff and ensure smooth workflow.
Coordinate office supplies, facilities, and vendor management.
Organize meetings, schedules, and internal communications.
Monitor office expenses and maintain budget control.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Support senior management with administrative tasks.
Identify and implement process improvements for efficiency.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Business Administration or a related field.
3+ years of experience in office management or administration.
Strong organizational and leadership skills.
Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
