Job Description
- Manage the CEO's schedule, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Coordinate internal and external communications on behalf of the CEO.
- Prepare and review documents, reports, and presentations for the CEO's office.
- Supervise administrative staff to ensure the smooth running of the office.
- Act as the primary point of contact for the CEO's office, maintaining professional relationships with stakeholders.
- Maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information with discretion.
- Oversee logistical arrangements for meetings and events involving the CEO.
- Identify and implement improvements to office processes and procedures.
The Successful Applicant
- A relevant degree or equivalent qualification.
- Proven experience in a similar role, in the property industry or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities in English and Arabic.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Experience in managing executive-level schedules and priorities.
