Job Title: Managing Director Office Manager (Nationals)
Job Summary:
The Managing Director Office Manager provides full administrative and operational support to the Managing Director. The role ensures smooth day-to-day office operations, effective coordination with internal and external stakeholders, and strict confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the Managing Director's calendar, meetings, and appointments
- Prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, and official documents
- Coordinate meetings, agendas, minutes, and follow-ups
- Act as a point of contact between the MD's office and internal/external stakeholders
- Handle confidential and sensitive information professionally
- Coordinate travel arrangements and official visits
- Support special projects and follow up on action items
- Ensure smooth workflow and organization within the MD's office
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
- Minimum 57 years of experience in senior executive or office management support
- Experience supporting C-level executives or senior leadership
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage)
- High level of professionalism and confidentiality
