Description
We are looking for a female candidate, proactive and well-organized *Office Manager / HR & Project Coordinator* to join our growing engineering and contracting team in Kuwait. This role combines office administration, HR support, and project coordination, acting as the central point between management, project teams, clients, and suppliers.
(*Requirements:** Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in office administration, project coordination, or technical secretarial work.
* *Experience in engineering, construction, or electrical contracting companies is highly preferred.*
* *Kuwait experience is preferred.*
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with document control systems is an advantage.
- Strong English communication skills; Arabic is an added advantage.
