Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Office Manager to oversee daily administrative operations and ensure the efficient functioning of the office. This on-site role is based in Qesm 2nd 6 October and includes managing office tasks, maintaining office equipment, coordinating schedules, and supporting staff in their daily activities. The Office Manager will act as a key point of contact for clients and team members, providing excellent customer service and ensuring a well-organized workplace.
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills for effective interaction with team members, clients, and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in administrative assistance, including organizing schedules, managing documents, and handling correspondence.
- Experience with office equipment and tools, ensuring smooth daily operations and proper inventory management.
- Customer service skills to address inquiries and maintain positive client relationships.
- Proficiency in office administration and the ability to implement efficient office systems.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in relevant software tools, such as Microsoft Office and scheduling software.
- A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
