Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Office Manager role based in Alexandria. The Office Manager will oversee daily
office operations, manage administrative tasks, handle office equipment, and ensure the smooth functioning
of office processes. The role also involves coordinating with team members, supporting client and customer
service interactions, and maintaining a professional and organized office environment. Additionally,
the Office Manager will support the staff to enhance workplace efficiency and productivity.

Qualifications

Strong skills in Communication, including verbal and written communication, with the ability to interact
effectively with team members and clients.
Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Office Administration tasks, including scheduling,
record-keeping, and coordinating office activities.
Familiarity with Office Equipment and related technology, ensuring proper operation and maintenance for
a productive environment.
