Job Description

We are looking for an Office Manager for the CEO who can set the pace of office work, coordinate complex administrative processes, and ensure an organized work environment that supports the company's expansion vision.

Role Description

As Office Manager, you will be responsible for the complete administrative oversight of the Chairman's office and headquarters. Your role goes beyond traditional secretarial duties to include operational management of the office, coordination between departments, and ensuring that senior management decisions are implemented accurately:

  • CEO Office Management: Efficiently organizing appointments, meetings, and official visits.
  • Administrative Supervision: Managing daily office affairs (office tasks, administrative purchases, and service provider relations).
  • Actingasaliaison: Coordinate between the CEO and department managers (engineering, finance, human resources, and administrative affairs) to follow up on assignments and reports.
  • Document and Archive Management: Develop a sophisticated archiving system for sensitive files, project contracts, and legal documents.
  • Event organization: Overseeing the organization of board meetings, workshops, and official company events.
  • Hospitality and administrative security management: Ensuring that the headquarters presents the best possible image to customers and partners.

Qualifications

  • Experience: At least 7 years of experience in office management, including at least 3 years working with business owners or senior management in construction or real estate companies.
  • Education: Higher university degree (preferably in business administration or a related field).
  • Languages: Fluency in English (spoken and written) to handle international correspondence.
  • Leadership skills: Leadership personality, decisive and organized, able to manage a small administrative team and direct work.
  • Professionalism: High ability to handle confidential information with utmost integrity and credibility.
  • Technical skills: Full proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to handle modern electronic correspondence systems.
