As our Dubai office grows, we are seeking a professional and experienced Office Manager / HR Administrator to ensure seamless daily operations while providing effective HR and administrative support.
As the Office Manager & HR Administrator you will support office management, HR administration and UAE employment support. The successful candidate will be highly organised, proactive, and confident managing communication across departments. You will ensure the office operates efficiently, employees are supported, and visa and administrative processes are completed accurately.

Candidate Requirements
Proven experience in office administration, HR, and UAE visa/PRO coordination
understanding & knowledge of UAE employment procedures and administrative requirements
Confident and professional communicator in English (verbal and written)
Highly organised, structured, and detail-oriented
Proactive, dependable, and able to work independently
Professional, approachable, and reliable
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Candidate Eligibility & Requirements
To apply for this position, candidates must meet the following criteria:
Minimum of 3 years experience in office administration, HR, and UAE visa/PRO coordination
Full proficiency in English in all communication channels (verbal, written, email)
Ability to work UK-aligned hours (Monday Friday, 12:30pm 8:30pm) Non-negotiable
Capability to perform all HR, visa, and office responsibilities outlined in this JD

Compensation & Benefits
Salary: up to 10,000 AED per month
Employment visa provided
