Officer Accounts Management - for MNGHS
As a member of Munich Re the MedNet Global Health Care Solutions L.L.C. is one of the leading managed care service organizations that caters to healthcare needs. We are currently looking for Officer Accounts Management to provide essential administrative, coordination, and reporting support to the Regional Key Account Operations Manager. The role ensures smooth handling of internal and external requests, supports KPI tracking, consolidates operational data, follows up on action items, and maintains documentation to enable efficient service delivery across markets.
Your Job:
- Support daytoday operational activities as assigned by the Regional Key Account Operations Manager, manage and route incoming requests from internal departments and external partners, prepare meeting materials and operational summaries, and maintain centralized logs of requests, escalations, preparing meeting minutes and outstanding action items.
- Pull and consolidate service performance and operational reports (e.g., Complaints, KPIs, SLA adherence).
- Validate data and escalate inconsistencies.
- Assist in preparing weekly, monthly, and quarterly service reviews.
- Support basic rootcause analysis and documentation of corrective actions.
- Coordinate with Operations, Commercial, IT, and Finance teams to support execution of activities, follow up on open tasks to ensure timely closure, and facilitate effective communication between regional and market operational teams.
- Maintain and update SOPs, process flows, templates, and internal documentation, support the documentation of new requests, enhancements, and operational changes, and ensure proper archiving and accessibility of all operational files and reports.
- Identify opportunities for process optimization and workflow improvements, while supporting initiatives that enhance overall operational efficiency and service quality.
Your profile
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Healthcare Management, Operations, or related fields.
- 1–3 years of experience in operations support, coordination, reporting, or administrative roles.
- Experience in healthcare insurance, managed care, or customerfacing environments is an advantage.
- Familiarity with KPI tracking and reporting processes.
- Strong proficiency in Excel and reporting tools.
- Good understanding of operational KPIs.
- Ability to compile structured reports and presentations.
- Strong data validation and attention to detail.
- Highly organized and proactive professional with strong coordination and communication skills, customer-focused mindset, and the ability to manage multiple priorities with professionalism, confidentiality, and accountability.
